Today, HardPressed has obtained an updated Seattle Shield membership list, which was active as of February 6 2026. (Yes, it took that long for SPD to fulfil this public records request.)

The new Seattle Shield distribution list shows hundreds of local and federal law enforcement officers, including ICE, banks, private capital, real estate, and private security interests all interconnected through an "unfunded" program that SPD refused to answer any questions about.
